HIV and STI Prevention

HIV and STIs are major public health concerns that can have serious long-term health effects if left untreated. Prevention focuses on reducing the risk of transmission through safe sexual practices, regular testing, and education. Key strategies include consistent and correct use of condoms, limiting the number of sexual partners, getting vaccinated, and using PrEP for those at high risk of HIV. Open communication, reducing stigma, and promoting awareness are also essential to encourage responsible behavior and early diagnosis. Early detection and treatment not only protect individuals but also help reduce the spread within communities.
